Version 2026-10-15.1
Service and telecommunications authorization
This authorization is signed electronically during workspace creation and is separate from any carrier Letter of Authorization, number purchase, paid activation, or number-port request.
Authority to sign
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organization identified in the signup. You confirm that the business and contact information you submit is accurate.
Workspace and data processing
You authorize Mobve and its approved service providers to create and administer the requested workspace and to process authorized business and live-call data under the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. Mobve does not record or store call audio. Live conversations may be transcribed for operational processing; routine transcripts are deleted after approved summarization, while exception transcripts may be retained under the configured policy when an operational, safety, fraud, or legal concern requires them.
Telephone-number control
For an existing telephone number, you represent that the organization owns or controls the number and authorize Mobve to verify that control and prepare routing only after verification succeeds. You remain responsible for the accuracy of routing destinations and authorized contacts.
Actions requiring separate approval
This authorization does not permit Mobve to port a telephone number, buy a telephone number, cancel existing carrier service, activate paid telecommunications service, or record call audio. A number port requires the carrier-compliant Letter of Authorization and ownership evidence. Purchases, paid activation, and carrier changes require a separate, explicit approval flow.
Operational responsibilities
The organization remains responsible for required notices and consents, fair-housing safeguards, privacy obligations, emergency procedures, authorized access to resident and prospect data, and lawful use of Mobve. The signer’s typed name, title, date and time, verified account identity, accepted document versions, and cryptographic document fingerprints are stored as encrypted, append-only evidence linked to the account.
