Terms of Service
These terms govern business use of Mobve's property-operations software and AI-assisted communication services.
Business accounts and authority
You must be authorized to create and administer the business workspace. You are responsible for your users, property data, approved call scripts, notices, routing destinations, and lawful instructions to the service.
AI and telecommunications
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace professional, legal, emergency, fair-housing, eligibility, pricing, accommodation, payment, or safety judgment. Before activation, customers must approve the mandatory AI and transcription disclosure, human escalation, permitted workflows, retention profile, and lawful use for the people and jurisdictions they serve. Mobve's default service does not record or store call audio; this does not eliminate legal requirements governing live transcription, transmission, or analysis.
Caller consent and restricted decisions
The AI assistant must identify itself and obtain the caller choice required by the configured call flow before substantive transcription or analysis. A caller who declines must receive the configured human or non-AI alternative. Customers may not use Mobve to make housing eligibility, screening, adverse-action, accommodation, emergency, or other legally consequential decisions without authorized human review.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mobve to violate law, discriminate, misrepresent identity, harass people, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or make automated decisions that require human or legal review.
Data processing and security
You retain responsibility for the data you submit and instruct Mobve to process it only to provide, secure, support, and maintain the contracted service, subject to the applicable Data Processing Addendum. You must have authority to provide customer-controlled data, configure lawful notices, and respond to data-subject requests with Mobve's assistance. Account access must use individual identities. When optional multi-factor enrollment is available for an account, it is configured after signup and is never required merely to use email-and-password sign-in. Notify [email protected] of suspected compromise.
Private payment information
The assistant may provide only approved, minimum-necessary payment guidance after the configured identity and account-authority verification succeeds. Caller ID, a name, a unit number, or public information alone is not verification. Never provide a card number, bank-account number, password, or security code to the assistant.
Legal process
Mobve may preserve or disclose information it lawfully holds when required by applicable law or valid legal process. We review requests for validity and scope, limit disclosure to responsive information, and notify the affected customer when legally permitted. A documented legal hold may suspend deletion of specified records; it does not authorize routine audio recording or collection of information we do not otherwise collect.
Subscriptions and payments
Any paid checkout must show the exact plan, billing cadence, recurring amount, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, and usage terms before confirmation. Stripe processes payment credentials; Mobve does not receive full card numbers. An order form controls where its negotiated terms differ.
Service changes and availability
Features marked preview, beta, or coming soon are not guaranteed. We may suspend unsafe or unlawful use. Commercial terms, warranties, liability limits, payment terms, termination rights, and service-level commitments are governed by the signed order or approved subscription agreement.
